On the 23rd October, we sat down with a group of ‘consultants’ to discuss a wide variety of aspects of being underwater.
Our consultants were a group of 11 and 12 year-old students from Bridgemary School.
What did they want to know? What most interested them? What would they like to see displayed in the museum?
They interrogated our team of experts whose knowledge covered local history, underwater archaeology, commercial and sport diving, diving history, underwater robotics, and more.
We were throughly impressed with the children’s interest and engagement with our experts.
We’d like to thank Bridgemary School and their young ‘consultants’ who took part. It was a mutually rewarding exercise. We look forward to their responses which will help shape the interpretation of the museum exhibits for when we re-open next year.
